Delete Your Account

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Memorize account and all associated data.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Memorize app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to your Profile page.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account information (name, email address).
  • All study sets, notes, and uploaded materials (PDFs, audio, images).
  • Quiz history and study progress.
  • All other data associated with your account.

Important notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Data is deleted within 30 days of your request.
